    1. Return Conditions

    • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.

    • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging.

    • Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

    • All return requests must be authorized in advance. Please contact us before shipping any items back.

    2. Refund Process

    • After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the product was defective or shipped incorrectly.
